The fourth year of Shakespeare Schools Film Festival is its most international yet. Joining schools from across the UK, we’ve got submissions from Spain, China, Norway, the UAE and Hungary in our Festival showcase in December.
Here’s the story of the year.
We kicked off the 2024 Film Festival with a special three-hour masterclass where our new cohort of Film Festival teachers came together to share ideas, get excited and explore the potential of Shakespeare on film.
Schools shot and edited their Festival submissions through the autumn term with support from additional CPD workshops from Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation and internationally acclaimed director, Phyllida Lloyd.
We’re celebrating all our schools’ hard work and achievements in our Festival showcase, with messages from Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation supporters and patrons.
